You're holding it all together. You just don't recognize the woman doing it.
VeraRise⢠is a twelve-week program for the space between who you were before everything changed and who you are becoming. Built by a licensed therapist with twenty years of clinical experience. Not to get you back to who you were. To help you become her, deliberately this time.

You are functioning. That is not the same thing as being okay.
From the outside, you look like someone who is handling it.
You show up. You get it done. You say "I'm fine" and mostly mean it, because the honest answer takes more energy than you have left to spend.
And underneath all of that, something is quietly unraveling.
You are overwhelmed in a way sleep does not fix. Going through the motions of a life that does not quite feel like yours. Some days you could not tell anyone what you actually want, what you even like anymore, or who you are when nobody needs anything from you.
Somewhere along the way, you made yourself smaller. The opinions you stopped voicing because it was not worth the conflict. The friendships that faded. The things you used to love and have not done in years, and could not fully explain why.
The woman you were before this season, the one with a voice and a direction that belonged to her, feels further away than you want to admit.
You do not need the words for it yet. All of it is welcome here.
The people who love you are skipping a step.
They tell you that you are strong, that this is your chance to start fresh, that one day you will look back and see this as the thing that made you.
They are not wrong. They are early.
When someone dies, the grief is recognized. There are rituals for it, and people let it be sad. When a marriage, a career, or a role that defined two decades of your life ends instead, the silver lining gets offered before the loss has even been named. So you learn to abbreviate it too, and perform moving forward before you have actually moved.
Before the new chapter there is the honest accounting of the one that just closed: the grief, the anger, and the seeing-clearly that most programs rush through or skip entirely.
VeraRise⢠does not skip it.
VeraRise⢠is for women navigating or emerging from:
It is also, specifically, for the high-functioning woman. The over-functioning, overwhelmed one who is also a mother, a professional, a leader, the person everyone calls when something needs handling, and who knows that the outer functioning and the inner experience are not currently the same thing.
VeraRise⢠is not the right fit if:
- You are in an active mental health crisis, or you need clinical mental health treatment. This program is not a substitute for that, and Dr. Migliara will tell you so directly.
- You are looking for a quick fix, an aesthetic reinvention, or a set of affirmations that let you skip the honest part.
- You want to feel better without looking at anything.
This is real work, and it asks for real engagement.
Not therapy. Not a self-help course.
Not a glow-up.
VeraRise⢠is a structured, clinically grounded, twelve-week identity formation and feminine reclamation program, built by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with twenty years of clinical experience and a PhD in General Psychology.
It is a coaching and educational program with a clinical spine. It steadies your nervous system first, makes room for the grief and the anger, and only then turns toward who you are becoming. The sequencing is deliberate, and it is not negotiable.
Six phases. Twelve weeks. In this order, for a reason.
Each two-week phase builds the thing the next one requires. The order is not a preference. The order is the work.
Phase OneYour Ground Weeks 1ā2
You cannot build anything on a system in acute activation. The first two weeks are not about pushing toward transformation. They are about arriving honestly where you actually are, and giving your nervous system its first real signal of safety in what may have been a very long time.
Phase TwoYour Witness Weeks 3ā4
Before the new chapter there is the honest accounting of the one that just ended. This is the phase most programs skip. Here you get the structure and the permission to look clearly at what actually happened (not the version you tell people, the honest one) and at what it cost you.
Phase ThreeYour Release Weeks 5ā6
Grief that is not completed is stored. Anger that is not expressed becomes depression, chronic tension, or resentment that follows you into the next chapter. This phase gives both of them somewhere to go.
Phase FourYour Reclaim Weeks 7ā8
The ground is established. The grief has been honored. Now the identity work begins in earnest: finding the woman underneath the roles, the accommodations and the performance.
Phase FiveYour Build Weeks 9ā10
The shift from processing the past to deliberately designing the future, from a foundation of genuine self-knowledge, clear values, and eight weeks of daily regulation practice behind you.
Phase SixYour Rise Weeks 11ā12
Integration, documentation, and the beginning of what comes next.
Five things get reclaimed.
They are the whole program.
Across twelve weeks you rebuild five parts of yourself that were diminished, silenced or set aside during the season that brought you here.
Your body.
Turning toward it as a source of information rather than a site of management. Learning to hear what it has been holding.
Your voice.
Restoring the correspondence between what you actually think and what you are willing to say. Not louder. More true.
Your story.
Owning the honest account of your own life rather than carrying the managed version you have been telling people.
Your values.
Identifying what actually matters to you, separate from what was organized around everyone else's needs.
Your boundaries.
The outer architecture of the inner work. Holding the lines that honor what you have established matters.
Five facets of one thing: becoming her.
Built by someone who has done this work in a room, for twenty years.
Dr. Christina Migliara is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, National Master Addiction Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, with a PhD in General Psychology and twenty years of clinical and performance experience.
She is the founder of Psyvera, an entrepreneur who has founded and led ventures in the health, performance, and wellness space, and a contributing author in the 2026 HIFT textbook. She has spent two decades working with women in transition, executives under sustained pressure, and people rebuilding after relational harm, loss and major life change.
She built VeraRise⢠because she has watched too many women come through genuinely hard seasons and emerge functioning, but not whole. She knows the difference between those two things, and she knows what it takes to close the gap.
"I am glad you are here. Not in the performative way people say that at the beginning of things. I mean it in the way that someone who has sat with women in the hardest seasons of their lives for twenty years means it. You showed up. That is not a small thing."
One decision. Twelve weeks. On your own terms.
What your $397/month covers
Twelve weekly video modules, taught directly by Dr. Migliara.

About 1.5 to 2 hours a week. Self-paced, built for a woman whose life is already full.
The three-month commitment is not a billing tactic. It is the length of the work.
Launch bonus
Join before the first live group call on November 2 and a private 1:1 call with Dr. Migliara is added to your program.
After the twelve weeks
Continue for $197/month: one new deepening module monthly, the group coaching call, and continued community access.
You do not have to feel ready.
You do not have to have it figured out, know who you are becoming, or be further along than you are. That performance is part of what brought you here.
You only have to be done surviving this season, and ready to build the next one deliberately. With a clinical framework, a community of women doing the same work, and on your own terms.
She is still in there. This is where you go and get her.
